TRAINING PLAN

This is MY specialised & uniquely devised Training System. Developed over years and tested not only on myself but also many training partners and Professional competitors with Immense Success! The System focuses on Muscle Growth, Improved Muscle Density, Strength Improvement, Joint Preservation, Improved Recovery and Fitness.

The System is based on a 3 Week rotational breakdown and requires a week off after 4 or five rotations (dependent on your current ability). Each rotation has a different focus on set muscle fibers and training abilities i.e. Strength, Cardiovascular, Slow Twitch, Fast Twitch muscle fibers.

The plan is designed around percentages of weights you already use and aims to allow you to improve on what you currently lift by improving your overall training technique and discipline which in turn will develop Increased Muscularity in each specific muscle group. As long as you follow the details of each movement fully the plan it will take you through any plateaus and keep you growing!
